Jack is the President of FanDemand with experience in solutioning, strategic alliances, operations and proposal management.  Jack has spent the last five years working with leading Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Information Technology (IT) Engineering Firms whose focus is creating secured managed service solutions.  With an entrepreneur’s flare Jack is a Detail-Oriented cultivator of ideas and business tactics.  He is a young and modern visionary that thinks outside the box which allows creativity to flourish among FanDemand’s team.  He also has an array of experience as a Director of Sales and is an expert negotiator.   Furthermore, Jack has experience in Advertising, Enterprise Software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  Jack is a family man with a loving wife and three rambunctious children.  He is also a super fan of The Toronto Maple Leafs.  


Co-Founder/VP of Strategic Partnerships

Marcos is an expert networker and has a keen eye for design.  He currently serves as Co-Founder/VP of strategic partnerships for FanDemand.  Prior to FanDemand, Marcos was working in real estate for 5 years representing some of the largest condominium developers in the industry, namely Yacht Club Condos in Whitby, Ontario. Prior to his work in Real Estate, Marcos worked in the music industry.  He acted as an artist manager, song writer and executive producer.  He studied at York University and overseas at Tel-Aviv University for his degree in Business Administration.  One of Marcos’ passions is devoting his time philanthropically to The Estrella Benaim Foundation where funds are raised to help underprivileged children in Israel to have their Bar/Bat Mitzvah.  He is a devoted Husband, golfer, skier and diehard Toronto Raptors fan.

Mike is a sports business executive and currently serves as Director of Zone Startups Sports & Media. He is also Chief Operating Officer of Toronto Esports Club Ltd., the official partner of the Kraft Group and Boston Uprising. Prior to his work with Zone Startups, Mike managed analytics, marketing, and business operations for the Saint John Sea Dogs of the Canadian Hockey League, and created hockey analytics materials for multiple National Hockey League teams. He also worked for SportsNet New York, Major League Soccer, and as a media-accredited member of the New York Rangers. Prior to working in the sports industry, Mike served as an economist for the Canadian Federal Government.

Providing strategic organizational readiness assessments for the Technology Organizations in online, telecoms, and financial companies.  Develop and deliver long term strategic, mid term organizational, immediate tactical remediation for a broad range of companies including Financial, Transport, Medical and Telecommunications.  Improve processes including managing development methodologies, redesigning and reorganizing systems to shorten and manage delivery times, and aid communicating a common result to the entire human resource field.  Aid companies in managing the balance between in house development and integration and outsourced development and cloud delivery systems. With 30 years experience as a global integration architect, and agile development team leader, bring a broad range of experience to delivery from both development and systems integration.
